The shop shuts at 3 but don't think about ordering at 2 because 1 hour to make and send the food is too much for them, at 3:20 I rang the shop no answer, absolutely disgusting took £18 off me and no answer never known a takeaway like it. They 100% had my order as after I ordered I rang to ask the driver to ring when he's outside do not order from here

Not to the usual standard at all! Ordered at 20.05 with expected delivery at 20.50, telephoned shop at 21.05 to be told was out with driver (that would have been fine, late but it happens) still no food 25 minutes later and I live 5 minutes away, telephoned again to be told food ready just waiting on a driver, so the person I spoke to earlier blatantly lied. I appreciate things can go wrong but really should have been honest on the phone, terrible customer service lying! Food eventually arrived 1 hr 45 minutes after ordering and nothing free/no refund of anything at all. Regular customer usually but think I will be trying elsewhere for a change.
